Senior engineer, expert in dual-carbon energy conservation, graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University with a major in environmental engineering, entrepreneurship mentor, and visiting professor of Ziyang Environmental Vocational and Technical College.
In order to fully respond to the policies of the country and the Party and fully implement the concept of "Green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains", Mr. Liu founded Aoheng Group in 2013. He has always aimed to "lead the green environmental protection industry and create a dual-carbon energy conservation benchmark" to provide zero-wastewater solutions for enterprises and governments and contribute his own strength to China's environmental protection cause.
With more than 20 years of experience in the environmental protection industry, Mr. Liu is an expert in the field of dual-carbon energy conservation. He served as an entrepreneurship mentor at Sichuan Agricultural University and a visiting professor at Ziyang Environmental Vocational and Technical College. He led the team to successfully develop "a zero-emission garbage leachate treatment equipment", which made it possible for enterprises to achieve zero discharge of industrial wastewater.

He has served as the chief technical engineer of a large environmental protection enterprise for many years and won the second prize of Chengdu Science and Technology Progress Award.
