Water Pollution Control Seminar Summary
On December 26th, Yibin, Sichuan, hosted an annual water pollution control event. Hosted by the Sichuan Water Pollution Control Service Association, the seminar opened with great fanfare. Attention was focused on cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, policy and regulatory interpretation, and efforts to promote the implementation of these findings, striving to achieve coordinated economic and environmental development.
The event was star-studded. Ma Jianhua, First-Class Inspector of the Law Enforcement Bureau of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, was in attendance. Association President Yue Quanhui, Party Secretary Chen Xiaoqiu, and other leaders were also in attendance. Aoheng Chairman Liu Yaozhong was invited to attend the seminar, joining 200 elites from academia, industry, and government.
At the meeting, Ma Jianhua shared cases of violations, while Liu Tao and Chen Xiaoqiu gave work reports. Participants discussed challenges and opportunities in water governance and exchanged new technologies and practices. Together, they developed strategies for optimizing Sichuan's water ecology and exploring new development paths.
