Our advantage
Composition: Tower body; Spray system (circulating liquid pump, spray piping, nozzles); Packing layer; Demister; Circulating water tank/tank; Air inlet & outlet; Liquid level gauge, sight glass, inspection port, dosing port, drain port, and other auxiliary components.
Product Application
Application Principle
1. Exhaust gas enters the tower from the bottom and flows upward.
2. Scrubbing liquid is sprayed downward through nozzles (usually in the opposite direction of the airflow, creating a countercurrent), forming a dense layer of droplets or a film.
3. Target pollutants (gaseous molecules or particulate matter) in the exhaust gas come into contact with the scrubbing liquid droplets/film/film on the packing surface.
4. The purified gas passes upward through the demister, where entrained droplets are removed, before being discharged from the top of the tower.
5. The scrubbing liquid, which has absorbed pollutants, falls into a circulation tank at the bottom of the tower, with some being pumped back to the spray layer for further use.
Application Scenario
Spray towers are particularly suitable for treating pollutants that are highly water-soluble or reactive with liquid chemicals:
1. Acidic waste gas treatment
2. Alkaline waste gas treatment
3. Dust-laden waste gas treatment
4. Deodorization
5. Cooling/conditioning high-temperature waste gas
