Boiler softening water for smart heating project in Luliang County, Yunnan

High-efficiency sewage treatment equipment was installed for the boiler softening water and zero wastewater discharge project of the smart heating project in Luliang County, Yunnan. 

The boiler softening water adopted an integrated water purifier + multi-media filtration + resin softening process, and the zero-discharge project adopted cooling + primary softening + UF + two-stage RO concentrated water + secondary softening defluorination + MVR process to ensure safe and reliable water quality. 

The inlet water quality reaches the boiler softening water system and reservoir water; the zero-discharge system, boiler sewage wastewater, resin recycled water wastewater and other production wastewater, and the outlet water standard reaches the boiler softening water system, with a total hardness of ≤0.03mol/l; the zero-discharge system "Water Quality for Industrial Water Use in Urban Wastewater Recycling" (GB/T19923-2024) helps enterprises achieve stable and standard discharge of effluent, solve their environmental protection problems, and achieve green production.
