Installed high-efficiency sewage treatment equipment for the lithium mother liquor resource recovery project of Tianqi Lithium Industry in Shehong City, Sichuan Province, with an average daily discharge of (72T/d). The process of this project adopts physical and chemical pretreatment + three-effect evaporation system to achieve standard discharge/reuse of wastewater for enterprises and set an industry environmental protection benchmark.
Influent water quality: COD≤500 mg/L; Fluoride≤3000 mg/L; pH=7-9; SS≤100 mg/L; Sulfate≤12000mg/L; Nitrate≤1300 mg/; Lithium: 400 mg/l
Effluent standard: "Water Quality for Industrial Water Use in Urban Wastewater Recycling" (GB/T 19923-2024)
