Installed high-efficiency sewage treatment equipment for the Zheng'an shale gas fracturing flowback treatment project in Zunyi, Guizhou, with an average daily discharge of (400T/d). The process of this project adopts high-speed flotation + softening sedimentation + multi-stage source + two-stage DTRO to achieve wastewater discharge/reuse in compliance with standards and set an industry environmental protection benchmark.
Influent water quality: COD≤1000 mg/L; Chloride≤25000mg/L; Hardness≤500 mg/L
Effluent standard meets the first-level standard of "Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard"
