Xinjiang Changji City Landfill Leachate Fully Quantified Operation Project

Completed the one-stop service of integrated sewage treatment equipment installation + commissioning + operation and maintenance for the Changji City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Center in Xinjiang, with an average daily treatment capacity of 80T/d. The process adopted physical and chemical + multi-stage filtration + two-stage DTRO + softening precipitation + MVR evaporator concentration + AHCM solidification machine. COD/BOD/nitrogen were removed efficiently, and wastewater was discharged/reused in compliance with standards.

The effluent standard met the "Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfills" GB16889-2024, and the inlet water quality reached COD≤10000MG/L; TDS≤25000MG/L; PH=6-9; ammonia nitrogen≤3000MG/L.
